Terms and conditions for FC Exchange iPad 2 competition

1.    The competition is open from 27/01/12 and the closing date is 26/04/12.
2.    The prize will be to the value of 1 (one) Apple iPad 2 16GB Wi Fi.
3.    Three prize draws will be held in total one on each of the following dates: 27/02/12 26/03/12 and 27/04/12. The winner will be notified of their prize within 14 days of the draw. Only valid entries will be entered into a draw and only entered into one draw per valid entry.
4.    Entries are deemed valid if the person or company referred becomes a tradable client of Foreign Currency Exchange Limited (FCE) and exchanges more than £5000 (five thousand pounds) or fx equivalent by 5pm on Friday 27th April 2012 with FCE.
5.    The competition is open to all UK residents excluding FCE employees past and present, their families, FCE suppliers or anyone connected to this promotion, or any agents or affiliates of FCE registered or otherwise.
6.    The person referring can be an FCE client but the person or company referred cannot be a client of FCE at time of referral.
7.    Valid entries will be placed into a virtual hat and the first drawn out of the hat will win the prize for that month.
8.    Only one entry per different client referred will be accepted to enter the competition.
9.    No purchase necessary from the entrants.
10.    Prize is subject to availability. No cash or other alternative prizes will be selectable by the entrant but FCE reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
11.    This promotion is run and administered by FCE. The winner will be contacted directly by FCE.
12.    No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged or incomplete. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that correct details are provided for claims to be processed. Entries can only be submitted through the FCE website on the iPad 2 competition page.
13.    The promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any losses or damages which are suffered in connection with any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14.    By entering this competition, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and agree to the personal data he/she supplies being used by the FCE and/or its contractors for the purpose of executing the prize draw.
15.    FCE’S decision is final – in case of dispute, no correspondence will be entered into.
16.    Winners will be required to take part in publicity resulting from this competition.
17.    Entrants warrant they are entitled to pass on contact details and data of those whom they refer.
18.    FCE reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time.
19.    Documentation or forms submitted for this prize draw will not be returned.
20.    Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.
21.    The names and country of the prize winner will be available on request. To request a list of winners’ names, please send a self addressed envelope to FC Exchange, 88 Wood Street, 10th Floor, London EC2V 7RS.
