Why use us?
It’s because we’ve done it ourselves, and been astounded by how complex and expensive a simple transaction can be. We saw payments inflated by commissions; property sales lost through poor administration, and the sheer frustration of waiting by the phone for the call that said the money had arrived safely and on time.
We realised there had to be a better way, and saw to it that we provided it.
That’s meant being open about everything. About how foreign exchange markets work, about how our money is made, and what you should expect in return. It’s meant building an administrative team who know that they’re not the last link in our chain, but the first.
More than anything though, it’s meant taking the mystery out of foreign exchange and transfer because, quite honestly, there’s nothing mysterious about it – and certainly not when you deal with us.
