The Community

We offer our team Charity Days, separate from annual leave, to allow support and participation in activities within our greater community. In this way, we are able to give more to a range of local and national community projects. 

We contribute to charities and fundraising drives by supporting our team and our suppliers in their initiatives such as the annual Movember campaign for prostate cancer. Other charitable incentives include a ‘waste not, want not’ policy, whereby we as a company and individuals find ways of recycling unwanted items. For example FC Exchange donates redundant PCs and computer hardware to legitimate charities like Computer Aid International and employees are encouraged to empower back to work initiatives such as ‘dress for success’ by recycling clothing and accessories. 

 

 

We offer work experience programmes to familiarise young people with workplace and develop the fundamental skills required for the work environment, whilst at the same time bolstering their CVs.
