We recognise our customers are individuals behind every one of our transactions and we aim to deliver a consistently outstanding service. This is why we keep flexibility in mind in an effort to go that bit further for our clients.
Fund security and safeguarding customer funds is one of our key priorities. We are a FSA Authorised Payments Institution and operate segregated client accounts. We are also regulated by HMRC, and underpinning our business strength is an excellent credit rating and strong balance sheet, with full audited accounts by Grant Thornton at Companies House.
Our firm belief in service means that customers will never be put through to a call centre when contacting us. All of our clients have a dedicated account manager, to see through every trade from start to finish, in order to avoid the all-too-common experience of being passed from pillar-to- post. We operate a buddy system so that should an account manager be unavailable for any reason, there is always a second person at FC Exchange familiar with any one of our client’s accounts or transactions.
In order to keep our customers informed, we provide free of charge transaction reports, daily market reports, live exchange rates, and timely current affair articles covering the global economy. We keep a close eye on the markets but also the marketplace, commissioning regular independent surveys in order to maintain our competitive edge. This means we can continually develop our service and ensure we deliver great rates of exchange.
